Jay Young is Musical Director/Arranger for the ESB Horns. He has toured/performed/recorded with some of the most recognizable names in the music business, including: Ray Charles, Aretha Franklin, The Temptations, The Four Tops, Johnny Mathis, The Manhattan Transfer, Lou Rawls, Mary Wilson, Martha Reeves and the Vadellas, The Spinners, Marie Osmond, Frankie Valli, Sha Na Na, Jerry Lewis…..the list goes on and on.

In addition to his active performing schedule, Jay is an Adjunct Professor of woodwinds at Marian University and is Director of Jazz Studiesat Lawrence Central High School, and is an Artist/Clinician for Conn/Selmer musical instruments.
